XyberGate is operated by XYBERNA and provides a registration mechanism for the XYBERNA testing ecosystem. This notice covers the registration information that the public XyberGate website may collect through the tester registration form, and how that information is intended to be used to run the tester program.
Information XyberGate may collect
Through the XyberGate registration form, the following information may be collected:
- full name
- email address
- whether you opted into future XYBERNA testing and update notifications
- registration date and time
- tester status or administrative information associated with participation
How the information may be used
This information may be used to:
- process tester registrations
- manage tester participation
- communicate relevant testing opportunities where you have opted in
- operate and secure the tester program
- prevent duplicate or abusive registrations
- maintain appropriate administrative records
Principles XyberGate follows
- XyberGate should only collect information relevant to operating the tester program.
- Tester information must not be publicly displayed through the registration website.
- Tester-management information should be restricted to authorized personnel.
